Bakery Punta Spiritu

An existing structure built on a steep lot was the first element to work with in this project.

The program consisted on a three-story bakery that holds production in the bottom, coffee shop at street level and a studio in the top floor for the owner that also requested a palapa roof. In this case the palapa works as roof and wall on the street façade. The building opens up to a wide dry arroyo and its stunning sunset views with terraces that make this experience happen.
